Terms of Use

The Service

MIMORAM AI lets you build a real-size 3D room from a floor plan image, furnish it with products from the catalogue and see the price. The Service is in early access: features may change, stop working for a while or be removed, and some of them (such as AI planning) are in beta.

Accounts

• The studio and plan import work without an account. The cart, orders, profile, saving to the server, AI planning and the seller panels need you to sign in with a phone number and a one-time code.
• Use only a number that belongs to you and never share the code. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
• We may block an account or limit access if these terms are broken.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• upload content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes other people’s rights;
• upload plans, images or product data that you do not own or have no right to use;
• act in the name of another person or company;
• try to disrupt the Service, get around its limits, send automated mass requests or scrape its data;
• request sign-in codes for numbers that are not yours.

Your content

The plans you upload, the descriptions you write, your projects and your product data remain yours. You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to store, process and display them in order to provide the Service; sellers also permit us to show their products and brand details to buyers in the catalogue. You confirm that you have the right to upload this content.

AI and automatic results

• Automatic room recognition in plans and AI planning give approximate results and can be wrong.
• The 3D room, its measurements and its layout are not an engineering, construction or design document and cannot serve as the basis for a permit or for building work.
• Check measurements on site before ordering furniture, renovating or building.
• Room sizes depend on the scale and wall height you set.

Catalogue and prices

• A seller sets the details and the price of each product they add through the seller panel. Catalogue prices are for information only and are not a public offer.
• Items marked “Sample” are 3D models shown for illustration: their prices are indicative and they are not offered for sale.
• The seller of a product is responsible for its final price, availability, quality, delivery and warranty.
• Conversion between so‘m and US dollars is shown at an approximate rate: the Central Bank’s rate or one set by MIMORAM.

Orders

During early access there is no online payment for furniture on the site: the checkout page is a demo and does not charge a card. Orders go through the MIMORAM team: you write to us on Telegram or by email, and the team gets in touch with you and the seller. The terms of the purchase are agreed with the seller.

Early access and payments

• Joining early access through the survey is free.
• Paid Early Access tariffs are priced in US dollars. You choose a tariff and leave your name and a contact, and a spot is reserved for 30 minutes.
• Within that time you pay the amount shown by bank transfer and upload the receipt (JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF, up to 8 MB). A promo code may lower the price. If you need the bank details, write to us.
• The MIMORAM team checks the receipt by hand: once it is confirmed, you get an early-access spot; if it is rejected, the reason is shown and you can upload a new receipt. A reservation that is not paid in time expires.
• The site does not accept card details and takes no automatic payments.
• Refund requests are handled individually — write to us on Telegram or by email.

Intellectual property

The site, its software, its design and the MIMORAM brand belong to the MIMORAM AI team. Some 3D models, textures and images in the catalogue are used under their authors’ licences. They may not be copied or distributed outside the Service.

Availability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it works without interruption or errors. Projects made without an account are kept only in that browser: clearing the site’s data or switching devices loses them, so sign in and save the projects that matter.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MIMORAM AI is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, decisions made on the basis of AI or automatic results or of catalogue data, or for the actions of sellers. These terms do not limit rights that the law does not allow to be limited, including consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are settled first by negotiation and, failing that, in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan as the law provides.

Changes

We may update these terms. A new version is published on this page and the date at the top changes. If you keep using the Service after it is published, you accept the new version.
